The Micene project intends to create stable synergies between HEIs and actors of the MICE sector to raise quality standards in the HE pathways of the partner countries by sharing innovative models and practices and developing cooperative-working processes to train future professionals.
Today, EU Higher education offers degree courses that neglect the MICE sector and the strong pervasiveness of digital technologies, and green solutions that are gradually marking the evolution from the meetings industry to the experience industry, integrating concepts of tourism, territory, competitiveness, sustainability and technological innovation in an attractive ecosystem.

The Department of Economics, Management, and Institutions (DEMI) at the University of Naples ‘Federico II’ is dedicated to advancing education and research across various disciplines including economics, management processes, law, and quantitative decision-making methods. DEMI is committed to both theoretical exploration and practical application within economic, legal, and statistical domains.
The primary research focus of DEMI spans a range of areas including Business Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Political Economy, Economic Theories, Statistics, Production Sciences, Rural Economy, Business Law, Private Law, and Internationalization studies. The department’s research endeavors encompass both business and legal spheres.
In the realm of business projects, DEMI is engaged in strategic management, organizational behavior, smart tourism initiatives, social innovation, urban planning, knowledge transfer systems, and destination development efforts.
CONFORM S.c.a.r.l. has been operating since 1995 at national and international level, promoting research projects, training plans, with formats in presence, experiential and e-learning, consulting activities for companies and PA, drafting of traditional communication plans and with the use of new media, audiovisual and film productions, realization of VR, AR and MR solutions and games, development of gamification and game-based marketing strategies, with the support of expert staff and a team of trainers, consultants and managers, bearers of successful experiences, as well as a dense network of relationships, with over 250 national, European and international partners.
