MICE MANAGEMENT HE CURRICULUM

The Curriculum area of the MICE.N.E Project

The Micro-design of the Higher Education Curriculum for MICE Management serves as a strategic blueprint, guiding European students with economic backgrounds through an experiential journey of specialised knowledge. This programme balances managerial, digital, and green skills, aligning their expertise with the evolving demands of the MICE sector. Much like architects of their professional futures, students shape and redefine their competencies, supported by a curriculum developed collaboratively between universities and industry partners, fostering both competitive business growth and enriched student development within the green and digital transitions.

Mice Management He Curriculum

The Curriculum was developed by the partners through two integrated activities:

  • the REVIEW OF THE DESK-BASED NEEDS ANALYSIS that acted as a compass to orient the design of the curriculum and identify its constituent elements
  • the FIELD ANALYSIS, through a series of validation workshops with lecturers and representatives of the MICE sector, which created a dynamic vortex of engagement
