MICROLEARNING PILLS

The MICE.N.E. Course

The Microlearning Pills and narrative branching scenarios realised for the MICENE project enable students from business backgrounds to acquire and maintain green, digital and managerial skills to increase the competitiveness of the MICE sector!

For this reason, we are providing you with access to a rich ecosystem of Open Educational Resources (OERs) – always available, always relevant – delivered in two innovative formats:

Microlearning
  • Micro-learning pills: short, focused and immediately applicable content, designed to offer selective, efficient, and just-in-time learning in response to real challenges in the field.
  • Narrative branching  scenarios: immersive learning journeys built on cause-and-effect logic, that allow learners to explore the positive and negative outcomes of different behaviours. Perfect for learning through reflection, strengthening competencies, and experiencing decision-making in a virtual, yet strikingly realistic environment. They allow beneficiaries to make choices that will influence the course of the story. The scenarios, in fact, present the learner with real-life problems that offer multiple options to choose from during the delivery of the learning content, including opportunities for assessment and review of the choices made.
